We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin / Document Controller with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong administrative skills, excellent organizational abilities, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel to support the team in document management and day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain, manage, and track all incoming and outgoing project or departmental documents in line with company standards.
- Ensure proper filing, labeling, and version control of documents for easy retrieval.

Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring an Executive Administrator Assistant to support the SOJTF-C Commanding General, Deputy Commander, the Chief of Staff, and Command Sergeant Major. This position is located in Doha, Qatar, and will be an on-site position.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff for the Command Group and provides executive support to the Commanding General, Deputy Commander, the Chief of Staff, and Command Sergeant Major.
- Facilitates coordination, communication, planning and execution across the area of responsibility and special staff.
- Synchronizes the Command Group and advises the staff and subordinate units on administrative procedures for Command Group correspondence and ensures its accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintains a positive rapport and facilitates communication between higher, adjacent, and subordinate units, as well as assisting these commands in interactions with the Command Group.
- Provides the Commanding Generals Aide with administrative support for a deployed C2 Advising Structure.
- Prepares correspondence, routes memorandums, and maintains personnel records.
- Coordinates requests for evaluations, and monitors requests for personnel actions, information management, orders for temporary duty and travel, personnel processing, personnel security clearances, process recommendations for awards and decorations and initiates actions for passport & visas.
- Receives and processes higher headquarters and other unit/organization requests to visit the Command and/or staff.
- Plans and executes all aspects of visits to include coordination across staff functions, and with other co-located commands, in order to ensure visitor's objectives are met. Shall remain flexible to assist as mission dictates.
- Duties do include living in a combat zone under austere conditions.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma with 6-9 yrs experience
- Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI c
- Applicants must possess ten years of executive support experience OR four years of education above the high school level OR equivalent combinations of education and experience. Experience as an executive assistant at a O-6 Command or higher
- Must be able to qualify for a Government Purchase Card for the purpose of procuring own travel requirements in support of government-directed travel
- Possess a current and active U.S. Passport
- Possess a current and active U.S. Driver's License
- Must have the ability to wear personal protective equipment, including a protective mask, ballistic helmet, body armor, and chemical/biological protective garments
- Must be medically/physically fit for deployment with U.S. Military Forces Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) under the provisions of USCENTCOM Medical
- Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
- Able to accept a written assignment and produce releasable work within prescribed deadlines.
- Communicating in cross-cultural and multi-cultural environments both in written and oral formats

The candidate must experienced PDS Administrator to manage, maintain, and support Intergraph's Plant Design System (PDS) environment for multi-discipline engineering projects. The role involves setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of the PDS project database, as well as coordination with various engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration and data consistency. The candidate should have a strong understanding of PDS architecture, project setup, and SmartPlant suite integration.
