The opportunity

Project: This is a mixed-use project in the heart of Qatar.

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking senior asset manager to join our established and growing team in Qatar.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing agents to deliver against the client’s strategy, portfolio, objectives, and plans.
- Implementing and assuring a strategic asset management vision for the client’s business needs.
- Ensuring effective management of the client’s business assets - facilities, land, offices, LIV.
- Managing processes and driving the environment to achieve the client’s vision/strategy.
- Responsible for the asset integration of the client’s assets into the business and bringing them into the use process.
- Managing the client’s assets and the associated financials.
- Taking responsibility for the commercial, environmental, and societal land assets.
- Innovating and enhancing the client’s CMMS for the operation, maintenance, and usage of their assets.
- Driving a commercially driven approach with evidence of enhancing the value of the client’s land assets.
- Having strong financial management expertise, particularly in setting, monitoring, and control of assets and their budgets.
- Numerating the use of information and communications to drive asset performance.

About you

You have a university degree in a relevant field, MBA is a plus, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Asset Management, you are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
