Position: HR assistant

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both Qatar and Dubai branches, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Handle a high volume of applications while maintaining quality standards and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring targets.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to foster professional growth and development.
Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Prepare and present daily reports on recruitment activities and hiring metrics to the management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience in HR management, particularly in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
