Requirements
• Law degree obtained from universities identified in the World Higher Education Database (WHED) published by the International Association of Universities. • More than 15 years of practical and relevant experience since obtaining the educational qualifications specified, with a minimum of 7 years of specialized experience in transaction advisory and PPPs. • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in North America, W. Europe, UK, Australia, or New Zealand or an equivalent developed country or GCC. • Minimum 7 years of experience with roles similar to the proposed role. • In-depth knowledge of PPP procedures and processes. • In-depth understanding of sector and environmental legislation and regulations. • Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large PPP projects. • Strong communication skills both orally and written to build and maintain excellent working relationships within complex structures, both internally and with various project stakeholders.
