Due to continued expansion and growth, we now have a requirement for a Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) Lead, based in Qatar.
Responsibilities- Coordinate implementation of FPD (Flawless Project Delivery) programme in the organisation.
- Participate in FPD workshops.
- Participate in Quality Rounds to ensure that all activities in the Quality Assurance Plans, with special focus on Tightness, Cleanliness, Inspection and Testing, and Operability and Maintainability, are executed successfully and on time during the Construction and Commissioning Phases.
- Conduct FPD workshops within the respective organisation, develop FPD awareness, identify potential flaws, and devise mitigation actions.
- Ensure FPD Programme is actioned within relevant projects, including flaw mitigation from workshops.
- Liaise with FPD Coordinator to ensure flaws are added to the database and shared.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators.
- Establish, coordinate, drive, and coach Quality Captains in FPD implementation.
- Act as the company's FPD representative, ensuring timely and effective rollout and execution of the FPD programme, including to Vendors, Sub-Contractors, and inspection contractors, maintaining continuity through all project phases.
- Develop, agree upon, and execute robust Quality Assurance Plans and Flaw lists.
- Integrate Lessons Learned into the FPD programme.
- Set up effective communication channels.
- Organise onboarding and training for new team members on FPD.
- Provide or arrange necessary training on FPD topics, such as workshops and technical training (e.g., flange fitters training), and FPD Site Induction during Construction.
- Ensure all FPD deliverables and activities are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Report potential problems to management with mitigation plans.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

You will lead the project management of strategic projects from the beginning to the end of their life cycle by monitoring and tracking tasks and activities, prioritizing actions and project plans, ensuring those are kept up to date at all times. As part of complex projects, to work closely with all stakeholders to oversee the projects and to ensure progress and successful implementation. Acts as the focal point for the VP Fleet Planning and Strategy as well as VP Partnerships office, and provides administrative support at an excellent standard.

Operational
- Lead project management team and closely work with internal and external stakeholders on relevant
projects:
- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with key partner airlines by establishing a close coordination,
tracking projects and follow up to ensure that partnerships create value to Qatar Airways.
- Communicate and coordinate tasks between internal and external stakeholders, vendors, suppliers and other third parties based on priorities defined by the project owners.
- Work closely with the respective stakeholders to support in the oversight of all projects from kick off to
delivery
- Provide assistance in budget preparation and monitoring of expenditures so that all projects are managed within the assigned budget.
- Provide technical and logístical support to VP FP8S, VP Airline Partnerships, project managers or other relevant parties involved in the projects.
- Lead the monitoring of progress of the projects and provide periodic updates to VP FP&S, VP Airline
Partnerships and Project Managers on the agreed timelines.
- Ensures proper and detailed project management documentation is in place, including projects plans. design, projects briefs, performance and development criteria, change requests, resources updates, and specifications changes and project related dependencies.
- Ensure proper presentation of business cases, project briefs and related information to relevant stakeholders by ensuring that objectives are properly documented and followed, in order to maintain project timelines and requirements.
- Coordinate to manage aircraft wet-lease project from and to Qatar Airways including steering of all internal coordination and project management as well as being the focal point to the third party airline involved.
- Manages strategic partnership and investment projects and acts as focal point of such projects on behalf of the VP FP&S and VP Airline Partnerships.
- Provides business documentation support, including report writing, presentation creation and spreadsheet preparation.
- Identify additional cooperation areas jointly by closely working with internal and external partners to maximize benefit to both parties.

Job Description
- Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree of 20 years experience.
- Awareness of JCI accreditation-related requirements and implementation on-site.
- LEED/GSAS certified and familiarized with HTM standards in Operation and Maintenance activities.
- Fully aware of all the systems installed at Hospitals mainly the critical and life-related; Centrifugal and train Chillers, CHW, Cooling towers, Pumps, Steam Boilers, LPG, DG, Chemical Water, etc
- It understands the need for Room Validation requirements in terms of MOPH’s criteria and implementation on-site with respect to the schedule of MOPH.
- Monitoring the performance of the team on-site and ensuring the full compliance to given tasks
- Monitoring the HSE requirement in close to the HSE engineers
- Capable on submission authenticity of reports, including (PPM, CM, routine inspection, RCA, etc.)
- The contract is KPI based type and the PM should monitor the progression activities towards the released tasks and ensure the full compliance to the monthly KPI.
- Liaise with client on the day-to-day activities, monthly KPI and Progress meetings.
