Duties & Responsibilities : Strategy and business planning Support the team with their business plans and execution of these plans. Support the assigned key sector groups with their business plans and execution of these plans. Keep track of progress of business plans and BD activities. Analysis and research Actively develop and maintain a deep understanding of the offices’ clients and market through extensive internal and external research. Monitor, analyse and communicate market, industry and competitive trends for the office. Monitor, analyse and communicate market, industry and competitive trends for the assigned sector group. New business and client development Work together with Partners and Senior Associates to win new work. Work together with sector heads and Client Partners to win new work. Draft proposals and responses to RFPs and formal tenders for the office. Assist with the execution of the Key Client Programme for offices. Assist with the execution of the Client Listening Programme if this involves offices. Build and maintain relationships with the firm’s referral network. Attend relevant industry and networking events. Work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing activities in line with business plans and the firm’s strategy, including profile raising for individuals (partners) within that office and for the assigned sector. Draft directory submissions and sit in with directory interviews. Initiate and organise events and attend key industry events and actively look out for new work. Training and mentoring Provide training to fee earners on various business development activities and opportunities. Mentor team members and help others to be successful in their roles. Duties & Responsibilities Developing the Channel landscape by enabling Channel Partners on Cisco Security and helping them to get any required Cisco Security Certifications and/or Specialization. Supporting and assisting partners in solution design and responding to the techno-commercial requirements of RFPs while extending all support required for their Presales and Sales activities. Delivering presentations and demos related to Cisco Security products during exhibitions and other events. Working closely with Partners to develop their Cisco Security practice and driving activities related to Cisco Security solutions based on a mutually agreed plans. Owning the Security sales target of the Team and driving Security sales by managing proactively the sales pipeline. Ensuring Logicom internal Teams are aware of the latest Cisco Security solutions, programs and promotions. Skills & Qualifications University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Cisco Security - Presales or Cisco Security consulting experience. Good understanding of technology sales & preferably experience in Channel Sales. CCNP Security Certification is preferable, any other industry specific Certification will be considered as an advantage. Experience in resolving more complex technical issues and integration of multiple products to create solutions. Previous experience in relevant Cisco or competitive solutions will be considered an advantage. - Strong negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with solid business acumen.
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Effective leadership skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Positive, flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to drive outcomes with limited resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office and venue booking systems.
