- To supervise and control the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of mechanical equipment in a safe manner, in accordance with procedures and accepted technical standards.
- The equipment includes, but not limited to cooling towers, condensers & chilled water pumps, Tertiary pumps, ozone generators, air compressors, fire pumps, water treatment systems, Sanitary fixtures, vacuum pumps, wet and dry sprinkler systems, pipework related to water and irrigation systems and associated equipment like motorized valves, etc.
- The implementation of preventive & corrective maintenance activities for all the mechanical equipment’s (Pumps, compressors, engines, gear reducers & valves)
- Schedule and obtain project material and manpower
- Creating Root cause analysis for the equipment breakdown cases.
- **At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of Mechanical maintenance & an Engineering degree from a reputed university.**:
