The purpose of our National Graduate Development Program (NGDP) is to provide a framework of standards and effective guidelines for a competence-based training and development program. This program guides and supports Qatari Graduates to acquire the target position competence level requirements.

The Individual Development Plan (IDP) is designed with phased progress reviews, developed according to core and generic Competence Level Requirements (CLR). These are used to assess the Competence Level Demonstrated (CLD) for the target position, enabling our Qatari Graduates to become fully qualified professionals and contribute positively to Qatarization targets.
