We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced Site Foreman to join our dynamic team in the carpentry, joinery, and fit-out manufacturing sector to lead and supervise site manpower working on 0 carpentry and joinery works at the project site. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory skills and a thorough understanding of installation and finishing work.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and production plans.
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery
- Supervise and coordinate daily work of carpentry and joinery crews on-site.
- Ensure timely execution of works as per drawings and quality standards.
- Maintain site safety and discipline.
- Report progress, issues, and material needs to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in carpentry/joinery.
- Minimum 5–7 years of site experience in fit-out or carpentry projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of reading drawings and site coordination.
