Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Multimedia Designer
at London Implant Clinic in Lusail. You will lead end-to-end content creation across video, motion, graphics, and high-volume image assets for our digital channels and marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver short-form and long-form videos (Reels/TikTok, YouTube, website, ads), including basic sound design, color correction/grading, and captions/subtitles.
- Create high-quality graphic designs for campaigns, social posts, ads, presentations, print collateral, and in-clinic screens.
- Produce motion graphics/animated titles, simple lower thirds, and logo animations.
- Manage large volumes of images: intake, selection, cropping, retouching, color correction, metadata, and exporting for web/print.
- Maintain a clean, searchable asset library (file naming, version control, backups, and rights management).
- Design engaging thumbnails, storyboards, and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and clinicians to translate clinical content into clear, patient-friendly visuals.
- Optimize deliverables per platform (IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, website) and track creative performance to iterate.
- Ensure all outputs meet brand quality, accuracy, and compliance standards (including patient consent and confidentiality).
Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design with a strong emphasis on

Responsibilities:
The selected candidate must develop and execute projects from concept through production, utilizing best practices in digital communications, graphic design, videography, photography, production, and immersive technologies such as AR/VR for educational purposes.
Assist and support users during sessions to maximize studio productivity and efficiency, including guidance on AR/VR and other immersive learning tools.
Produce high-quality, educationally relevant learning objects such as videos, photos, animations, and immersive content to enhance teaching. Utilize current equipment, production techniques, and software applications to process and edit audio, video, and interactive learning materials.
Provide training and support to faculty on media production, equipment usage, and the integration of AR/VR and other digital media in teaching and learning.
Perform general studio maintenance, including operating system and software updates, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Organize and set up technology and documents for meetings, and coordinate the loan of technology to employees. Use the UDST online system to record and track all loans.
Ensure all projects are properly backed up and archived to maintain availability and security.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.

Language:
