Write accurate, high-quality, concise and reader-friendly reports, presentations and communications for the project, from internal memos to shareholder reports;
- Parse and distill project status and outlook from EPC Contractor and PMT produced material into consolidated project reports and presentations;
- Major challenges of the role include: (1) consolidating and coherently editing material from multiple sources; (2) meeting tight deadlines, whilst maintaining adequate time for multiple stakeholder review and approval cycles; (3) ensuring clear, complete and unambiguous communication without prolixity; 4) producing contextually and grammatically correct technical writing for multi-cultural audiences of varying technical expertise and project knowledge.

**About this role**
- Produce reports, presentations and other written communication for the NFXP Onshore Project in compliance with established Company policies and procedures and project specific requirements;
- Produce high quality content with sufficient technical knowledge to distill complex topics and synthesize material from multiple sources to deliver accurate information in an easy-to-understand way for varying audiences, from frontline PMT to senior stakeholders and Joint Venture Shareholders;
- Work with PMT material owners to create fit-for-purpose and value adding deliverables that are commensurate with the level of effort required to produce, avoiding high maintenance processes and minimizing manual handling of data;
- Produce concise and accurate high quality documents that reflect industry best practice and COMPANY lessons learned;
- Support the review process to ensure that all deliverables are reviewed effectively to capture the changes requested by concerned stakeholders in a timely manner, allowing for multiple cycles at different management levels;
- Review and revise reporting deliverables as demands evolve during project execution, appropriate for the specific audiences and stakeholders. Facilitate appropriate input to ensure continued development of reporting deliverables aligned with all stakeholders.

**What you need to bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant project or hydrocarbon or petrochemical industry roles;
- Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds;
- Expert in written and spoken English;
- Must be proficient in word processing, desktop publishing, project planning and scheduling, spreadsheets, flowcharts, graphics, technical drawing, and other computer-related utilities;
- Proficiency must include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS SharePoint;
- Requires strong coordination, analytical, and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that communicates complex technical information to diverse audiences, including developers, engineers, end-users, and stakeholders.
• Involves working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical details into accessible content, such as user manuals, system guides, API documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and online help resources.
• Write and edit technical content including manuals, user guides, installation instructions, FAQs, SOPs, product documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Work with engineers, developers, product managers, and QA teams to gather technical information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Organize information logically using consistent structure, formatting, and terminology, ensuring alignment with style guides and brand voice.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language appropriate for the target audience.
• Maintain and update documentation in content management systems (CMS), version control systems (e.g., Git), and document repositories.
• Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, grammar, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate, Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in technical writing (e.g., from the Society for Technical Communication).
• International membership in relevant professional institution and Certified Licensure related to the task are preferred.
• Minimum 10 or more years' experience relevant to position in project. Experience in technical writing, preferably in industry, e.g., software development, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing.
• Experience writing for both technical and non-technical report writing in feasibility studies, master plan, and Executive Summary.
• Knowledge of structured writing or XML-based documentation (e.g., DITA).
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Graphic design or UX writing experience is a plus.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Fluent in both Arabic (preferred) & English language. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are essential to success in this role.
