Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant / Solution Architect
to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong functional knowledge, and proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service, Customer Voice, Field Service).
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and Fit-Gap analysis with business stakeholders.
- Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, Power Automate flows, and data models.
- Customize CRM using JavaScript, C#, .NET, TypeScript, Power FX, and plugins.
