* Provide support services to CLINET to assist in managing the vendor services and contracts.

* Maintain the database of Vendors associated with CLINET.

* Monitor all active IT agreements and log the incidents with these vendors.

* Manage and maintain licenses including software licenses / assets

* Ensure that the vendor complies with the laid out procedures, standards and policies while performing his services.

* Track maintenance schedules and system upgrades such as firmware

* Provide site knowledge assistance to the vendors as and when required
