A Masseur is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice, and facility tours. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction in all spa services in accordance with company standards.

What will I be doing?

As a Masseur, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

1. Attending Hilton Trainings and monthly departmental meetings as required.
2. Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in the department.
3. Reporting any maintenance issues to the Front Office Manager.
4. Assisting in all areas of operations as requested by the Front Office Manager.
5. Being fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel.
6. Adhering to the departmental operation budget to maximize revenues and minimize expenses.
7. Providing efficient guest service from arrival to check-out, including booking, changing, and canceling appointments, and upselling retail.
8. Accurately scheduling all massage reservations, confirming, changing, and canceling as needed.
9. Processing billing and posting for spa and retail services accurately, reporting overages and shortages to the Front Office Manager.
10. Explaining spa treatment menu and packages to guests effectively.
11. Greeting and welcoming all incoming and outgoing guests and staff according to brand standards.
12. Maintaining the quality of service and overall appearance of locker areas, lounge, and restrooms.
13. Ensuring cleanliness of locker rooms, lounges, steam/sauna rooms, prep rooms, and restrooms.
14. Stocking water and beverages, setting up and breaking down beverage and fruit stations.
15. Assisting guests and providing personal training sessions if necessary.
16. Maintaining the Fitness center, overseeing equipment, and coordinating with maintenance representatives.
17. Ensuring audio-visual equipment is well maintained and in good condition.
18. Providing courteous and efficient guest service from arrival through check-out.
19. Orienting guests to the Fitness facility, greeting guests, and providing personal guest service.

• Ability to handle problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.
• At least 1 year of experience in the spa or hospitality industry.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manual Therapy Specialist with advanced expertise across a wide spectrum of manual therapy techniques. This role integrates the skill sets of a physiotherapist and massage therapist, focusing on hands-on therapeutic interventions to restore movement, reduce pain, prevent injury, and enhance performance.

The ideal candidate will combine clinical knowledge with practical mastery of manual methods, tailoring treatments to each individual through evidence-based practice, biomechanical assessment, and holistic care.

Manual Therapy & Treatment Delivery

Apply a wide range of manual therapy techniques, including but not limited to:

• Myofascial release
• Trigger point therapy
• Joint mobilization & manipulation
• Soft tissue release & deep tissue massage
• Muscle energy techniques
• Sports massage & recovery therapy
• PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching
• Lymphatic drainage massage
• Integrate manual therapy into comprehensive rehabilitation or performance programs.
• Tailor sessions based on patient condition, from injury rehab to performance optimization.
• Combine corrective exercise prescriptions with hands-on therapy to maximize outcomes.

Assessment & Care Planning

• Conduct detailed musculoskeletal and postural assessments.
• Diagnose functional movement limitations and create tailored treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs as needed.
• Educate clients on corrective exercises, self-care, and injury prevention strategies.
