To manage and oversee all employee accommodations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized living environment. The role also focuses on employee welfare, maintaining high morale, and ensuring smooth daily camp operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise camp facilities (rooms, kitchen, laundry, clinic, security, maintenance).
- Ensure camp cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
- Manage room allocations and maintain resident records.
- Supervise transportation and ensure driver compliance with safety schedules.
- Handle employees' daily needs and complaints through CMS or direct communication.
