**Primary purpose of job**
Manage and provide specialist support to business end users for the SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules such
as Materials Management, Warehouse Management and Quality Management including core functionalities like Procure to
Pay (P2P), Material Planning (MRP), Inventory management, External service management, Quality inspection of material
,Warehouse Management Processes (WM),Document management (DMS) & Reporting. Define, document and execute
remodelling and enhancements of SAP business processes through analysis, planning, designing, building and delivering
SAP solutions using SAP business configuration & development technologies.
**Experience & Skills**
3. A total of 9 years professional work experience that includes:
a) Minimum of 3 years hands-on SAP implementation / support experience including at least one full life cycle
implementation project as Senior Consultant for SAP Material Management module (including WM & QM modules)
covering Business Process Design, Configuration, Gap Analysis, Development, Testing and Training
b) Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Supply chain management including Purchasing, External service
management, MRP, inventory control, warehouse functioning, etc. Preferably in an Oil and Gas organization.
such as Purchasing, Inventory Management, Master data records, Material valuation, Product cataloguing External service
- management, QM for procurement, Warehouse Management principles and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of best business practices in Supply Chain Management functions in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical
Industry
- Good knowledge of integration touch points of SCM modules with SAP PM, SD, PS, IS-Oil & FI/CO Module and ability to
understand requirements for establishing interfaces to external systems.
- Experience of SAP project management methodologies, programme / project management and service level management
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Operates independently using mature judgment in
planning and performing assignments and achieving defined objectives.
- Excellent people management, problem solving, persuasion, negotiation, and decision-making skills & team player.
