Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Help Desk (CFP). This position will be located in Qatar and will be an onsite position.

Responsibilities

Provide client-level help desk support. The contractor shall:

  1. Administer, maintain and load basic computer platform, software, firmware and hardware;
  2. Serve as the focal point for user issues and tracking;
  3. Be the first-level support for desktop and network issues;
  4. Escalate incidents that cannot be resolved to the NCC and then the NOSC;
  5. Perform help desk support services IAW CTOs, NOTAMs, SPIN-C, DOD, AF, CENTCOM, AFCENT and TO-site specific local policies and procedures;
  6. Administer job control and ticket flow.
Qualifications

High School with 3 - 6 years (or commensurate experience). Clearance Required: Secret

Required Skills and Experience:

  • IAT-II Certification

One or more of the following:

  • MCSA-Windows Server 2012/2016 or newer or MCSA-SQL Server 2012/2014 or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in design, maintenance, and operation of small to medium networks; administrating corporate or business user accounts managing mail servers, printer servers, and web servers; systems management, monitoring and sustainment; hardware repair for servers, PCs, and peripheral equipment; software installation, maintenance and sustainment;
  • Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting military networks to include Microsoft Windows Operating Systems; Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 (or later version) and other mail applications (local and remote); Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012 or later version; Network server backup; DHCP, DNS, WINS, and domain controllers; BMC Remedy; hardware troubleshooting, installing, servicing personal computers, and peripheral equipment; software installation, maintenance and sustainment; customer service and remote support.

Purpose of the position:

As Diving Support Vessel (DSV) Manager , you will respond to the Project Manager and be part of the Asset Based Services forPipeline Repair Project within Operations Department .

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Diving Superintendent to identify, evaluate, and secure suitable Diving Support Vessels (DSVs) for project execution, ensuring timely support for engineering and installation methodologies. Also maintain effective coordination with the Contractor’s Operations Manager and Diving Expert to ensure alignment across all operational aspects.
  • Once DSVs are chartered, assume full responsibility for vessel assurance, operational suitability, and integrity throughout the project execution phase
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of DSV management, including but not limited to:
    • Chartering and mobilizing vessels to Qatar
    • Conducting vessel suitability surveys in coordination with the Marine Warranty Surveyor
    • Ensuring vessels meet maintenance, classification, and certification requirements
    • Managing daily field operations of vessels and supporting marine spreads
  • Ensure all diving and ROV operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards with a strong customer focus
  • Oversee timely and effective resource mobilization and ensure accurate, regular reporting of operations
  • Ensure full compliance with legislative, contractual, and company requirements across all operations
  • Manage the onshore support team to ensure smooth execution of offshore projects
  • Coordinate with Development, Commercial, Procurement, and Marine teams to align on tenders, supply chain, and asset readiness
  • Lead preventive maintenance and certification programs for diving systems and equipment
  • Maintain compliance with Flag, Class, and IMCA requirements for all vessels
  • Implement and enforce company HSE and quality assurance policies across personnel and subcontractors
  • Conduct regular site and vessel visits, maintaining strong client and ship management interface
  • Address audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly and effectively

What are we looking for?

  • Education & Certifications: Master's Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Marine Engineering with 5 years’ experience or 12 years of basic education with 10 years’ experience
    • IMCA-certified Supervisor
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in marine operations (e.g., Vessel Captain, Chief Engineer, Vessel Ops Manager)
    • At least 10 years with construction-class DSVs
    • Preferred Geographical experience in GCC
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding/knowledgeof ROV and Offshore Divingoperations
  • IT Skills: Knowledgeable inMS Office Suites

Diving Support Vessel (DSV) Manager

, you will respond to the

Project Manager

and be part of the

Asset Based Services forPipeline Repair Project

within

Operations Department

. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: Collaborate with the Diving Superintendent to identify, evaluate, and secure suitable Diving Support Vessels (DSVs) for project execution, ensuring timely support for engineering and installation methodologies. Also maintain effective coordination with the Contractor’s Operations Manager and Diving Expert to ensure alignment across all operational aspects. Once DSVs are chartered, assume full responsibility for vessel assurance, operational suitability, and integrity throughout the project execution phase Oversee the end-to-end process of DSV management, including but not limited to:

Chartering and mobilizing vessels to Qatar Conducting vessel suitability surveys in coordination with the Marine Warranty Surveyor Ensuring vessels meet maintenance, classification, and certification requirements Managing daily field operations of vessels and supporting marine spreads

Ensure all diving and ROV operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards with a strong customer focus Oversee timely and effective resource mobilization and ensure accurate, regular reporting of operations Ensure full compliance with legislative, contractual, and company requirements across all operations Manage the onshore support team to ensure smooth execution of offshore projects Coordinate with Development, Commercial, Procurement, and Marine teams to align on tenders, supply chain, and asset readiness Lead preventive maintenance and certification programs for diving systems and equipment Maintain compliance with Flag, Class, and IMCA requirements for all vessels Implement and enforce company HSE and quality assurance policies across personnel and subcontractors Conduct regular site and vessel visits, maintaining strong client and ship management interface Address audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly and effectively What are we looking for? Education & Certifications: Master's Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Marine Engineering with 5 years’ experience or 12 years of basic education with 10 years’ experience

IMCA-certified Supervisor Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Experience: Minimum

15 years in marine operations

(e.g., Vessel Captain, Chief Engineer, Vessel Ops Manager)

At least

10 years with construction-class DSVs Preferred

Geographical experience in GCC

Technical Skills: Strong understanding/knowledgeof

ROV

and

Offshore Divingoperations IT Skills:

**Your day to day**
As the Assistant Director of Finance and Business Support, you will report to the Director of Finance and Business Support and you’ll Assist in reviewing all proposed contracts for pricing and terms, ensuring that hotel’s interest comes first and is protected at all times. Ensure the timely preparation and release of monthly financial statements and other related reports and their accuracy. Assist in overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of the accounting functions. You will also assist in overseeing the preparation of the hotel’s yearly operating budget, and conducting the necessary audits.
**What we need from you**
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: - Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting or Finance - Minimum of three years in hotel accounting or internal audit in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Self-directed, motivated with a results-driven approach to work - Solid leadership skills in managing a team - Must speak fluent English - Pre-Opening experience is an advantage

We are seeking a Software Developer with the following qualifications:

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
  2. Core skills in JavaScript, REST API, and programming in any language (Java/PHP/Python/.NET).
  3. 2 or more years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer Support, Financial Services, or PayPal Operations.
  4. Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Willingness to work on shifts (24/7).
  6. Designing and creating engineering specifications for software programs and applications.
  7. Coding, modifying, testing, and debugging programs according to design specifications.
  8. Working with quality assurance to develop software test plans.
