GovCIO is currently hiring for a Network/Systems Engineer to Design, Develop, and Implement Diverse Wide Area Networking Environments. Develop and implement QoS for a voice/video/data network environment. Use network/application performance management tools to troubleshoot, analyze, test, and provide recommended solutions for performance problems. QatarEnergy is looking to recruit a Senior Systems Engineer (Systems Security) that will join a team responsible for overall protection, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the ICT systems that supports business operations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project life cycle, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Possess a deep understanding of procurement processes to manage vendors and facilitate resource acquisition.
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of bids for informed decision-making.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate user requirements; prepare feasibility and technical requirement documents.
• Identify user requirements, create scope of work, draft functional requirements, and design, implement, and deploy IT business solutions.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
