Job Objective

Responsible for integrating employee data, organizational structure, and HR processes between Project Management Software (PMS) and existing HR systems (Oracle), ensuring data accuracy, effective reporting, and smooth HR system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between HR, Operations, and Project Teams.
  • Represent HR requirements throughout system implementation phases.
  • Maintain accurate workforce and organizational data across systems.
  • Conduct system testing, support documentation, and end-user training.
  • Analyze workforce data and generate accurate HR reports.
  • Ensure smooth data integration between Oracle HR and PMS.
  • Identify and resolve HR-related system integration risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR projects / system implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS or similar HR systems.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • GCC experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

    The Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

    • Design, write, modify and implement software programs/applications;
    • Develop "glue-ware" to support operational client applications and security patches;
    • Provide Tier 2 technical support;
    • Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, inspect and maintain server systems (physical and virtual), including administration of core and functional services;
    • Manage and administer user accounts, profiles and access;
    • Monitoring user access and adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure asecure operating environment;
    • Monitor workstation and server logs for errors and failures and perform appropriatetroubleshooting and maintenance;
    • Provide technical assistance for assigned projects;
    • Provide desktop, server and software application integration support;
    • Operate and maintain monitoring and analysis tools; and detect, analyze and resolve platform, infrastructure and system problems;
    • Monitor and control system performance, utilization and capacity to ensure optimal performance, availability, serviceability and recoverability; and report any vulnerabilities or deficiencies to government technical representatives
    • Evaluate current architecture, research current technologies/solutions; and provide systems hardware/software upgrade and replacement recommendations for end-of life/end-of-support COTS products to government technical representatives;
    • Assist with the tracking and management of COTS licenses, warranties, service level agreements renewals for systems equipment and software;
    • Coordinate with system program offices (or commercial vendors) and implement approved hardware/software changes, upgrades and enhancements, as directed by the Government;
    • Update and maintain as-built systems/server configuration and connectivity drawings, diagrams and documentation, and publish semi-annually
    • Support cloud services
    • Other Duties as Required

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance eligibility.
    • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

    General Experience

    • Experience with installation, configuation and maintenance of server operating systems (Windows Server/Linux)
    • Managing Active Directory, including user/group administration GPOs, and domain services
    • Experience with virtualization platforms and enterprise storage
    • Understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, rouuting and switching
    • Experience wth cloud architecture.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or5+ years of IT Domain Knowledge experience; AND DoDM 8140 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher; and Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) or equivalent certification; and VMware Certified Associate (VCA) or equivalent certification

    Job Responsibilities

    Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a, Enterprise Systems Administrator I to support the AFCENT Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) contract at Doha Qatar

    The Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

    Design, write, modify and implement software programs/applications; Develop “glue-ware” to support operational client applications and security patches; Provide Tier 2 technical support; Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, inspect and maintain server systems (physical and virtual), including administration of core and functional services; Manage and administer user accounts, profiles and access; Monitoring user access and adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure asecure operating environment; Monitor workstation and server logs for errors and failures and perform appropriatetroubleshooting and maintenance; Provide technical assistance for assigned projects; Provide desktop, server and software application integration support; Operate and maintain monitoring and analysis tools; and detect, analyze and resolve platform, infrastructure and system problems; Monitor and control system performance, utilization and capacity to ensure optimal performance, availability, serviceability and recoverability; and report any vulnerabilities or deficiencies to government technical representatives Evaluate current architecture, research current technologies/solutions; and provide systems hardware/software upgrade and replacement recommendations for end-of life/end-of-support COTS products to government technical representatives; Assist with the tracking and management of COTS licenses, warranties, service level agreements renewals for systems equipment and software; Coordinate with system program offices (or commercial vendors) and implement approved hardware/software changes, upgrades and enhancements, as directed by the Government; Update and maintain as-built systems/server configuration and connectivity drawings, diagrams and documentation, and publish semi-annually Support cloud services Other Duties as Required

    Minimum Qualifications

    Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance eligibility. Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

    General Experience

    Experience with installation, configuation and maintenance of server operating systems (Windows Server/Linux) Managing Active Directory, including user/group administration GPOs, and domain services Experience with virtualization platforms and enterprise storage Understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, rouuting and switching Experience wth cloud architecture.

    Education

    Associates degree in Computer Science or related field; or 4+ years of IT domain knowledge experience; AND DoDM 8140 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher ; and Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) or equivalent certification
