- Deliver Dadu schools and community engagement programs in multiple venues, including the Dadu Gardens.
- Preparation, setup, delivery and reset of the Dadu activities and programs.
- Preparation for activities might include the following but not limited to:
- Prepare fresh ingredients for the food preparation activities
- Setup the area for activities, including transporting tables and chairs as required

- To proactively monitor health and safety of the exhibits, galleries, shows and workshops to ensure that they meet standards set by senior management
- Facilitate activities in Dadu which includes activities in the garden, classroom and kitchen setting.
- Inform Design and Interpretation Team of exhibits requiring repair / replacement
- Resetting exhibits and restocking consumables
- Start up and shut down of exhibits / installations
- Oversee, supervise and train volunteers
- Administer visitor surveys when required.
- Analyze visitor feedback with a view to continuously improve customer service.

Guest Experience and Service
- Be an ambassador for the OliOli brand; ensure that every guests experience at OliOli meets or exceeds expectations, specifically through inclusive, culturally appropriate, positive and memorable interactions with a friendly and sincere approach
- Treat every guest with respect and provide friendly, courteous communication by orienting them to the building and informing them of the exhibits areas and programs
- Provide excellent guest service, and facilitate guests experience and journey through a proactive and thoughtful interaction
- Contribute to a positive, team-based, and guest-first centric culture
- Manage groups of children from schools, birthday parties, or camp activities
- Attend to guest queries/complaints. Amicably resolve maters with dissatisfied guests
- Manage any situation with overcrowding in relation to the maximum capacity of the area or around a particular exhibit
- Comfortably facilitate and manage exhibits spaces and components
- Collect and communicate guests feedback and suggestions
- Follow and perform the daily opening/closing protocols and procedures including (without limitation) routine cleaning, restocking, and preparation of program materials
Exhibits area / Education
- Have an honest and comprehensive understanding of OliOlis philosophy and developmental, pedagogical, and other learning objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of the learning opportunities for each exhibit/gallery
- Understand and stay current with the exhibit and program initiatives
- Participate in training programs designed to enhance interaction with guests in the OliOli manner
- Work as a team to ensure that the entire building (and each and every gallery/corner) within the premises is highly presentable (clean, tidy, supplies in proper place, well organized, properly maintained, etc)
- Manage the use, quality, and organization of consumables
Safety / Security
- Provide a safe environment for all guests, specifically for the children
- Communicate any safety/ performance issues regarding exhibits components
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of OliOli

- Take ownership of the safety of the facility and report and follow up on any repairs, or changes needed
- Attend training and be prepared to perform emergency procedures (i.e. fire evacuation, accident reporting, etc)
Other Responsibilities
- Working with other colleagues, proactively contribute to the success of any special events and programs
- Work effectively with temporary staff (many of whom are expected to be students who are not likely to have extensive work experience)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced course work or experience in customer service, education, family learning, or retail operations preferred
- Experience working with young children (ages 1-10) and their families in recreational settings, afterschool programs or classrooms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with children, adults, and large groups
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work with diverse staff and guests.
- Excellent grasp of the English language. Arabic is a plus

How This Role Fits Into Our Studio
This role is more than teaching, it’s about shaping a culture of care, connection, and consistency . You’ll help create a calm and motivating environment, build trust with our clients, and contribute to workshops, events, and community-building efforts as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead group classes tailored to a variety of experience levels
- Offer verbal cueing, physical adjustments (if permitted), and modifications for all bodies
- Support client growth through education, encouragement, and personalized feedback
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment before, during, and after class
- Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Embody our brand values and contribute to a culture of empowerment and connection
- Collaborate with peers to develop new formats, events, or offerings
Qualifications by Role
- Certification in Reformer Pilates (450+ hours preferred)
- 1+ year experience teaching reformer classes
- Knowledge of injury modifications and spinal alignment
- Strong cueing and client connection skills
- Mat Pilates certification (200+ hours)
- Experience leading accessible, strength-based core classes
- Understanding of posture, breathwork, and flow design
- 200-hour YTT (Yoga Alliance certified)
- Experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, or Restorative Yoga
- Strong ability to hold a safe, inclusive, and emotionally grounded space
- Prior experience leading group sessions or retreats
- Deep knowledge of stress regulation, body awareness, and inner stillness
