**Job Overview**:
Follow HSES Activity Plan & ensure HSES activities are completed as scheduled

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain HSES Documentation
- Prepare, update and report HSES statistics including trend analysis, leading and lagging indicators, etc
- Prepare general correspondence
- Prepare HSES presentations
- Organize meetings and act as secretary during HSES management meetings
- Prepare HSES publicity and information material, post & ensure maintenance.
- Track Area HSES awards budget
- Maintain Area HSES Central Action Tracking Registry
- Update and Maintain HSES database including injury cases, near miss, equipment damage etc.
- Consolidate Area HSES dashboard / leading indicators, monitor objectives & targets and area performance goal
- Arrange business travel booking & necessary passes for HSES function
- Ensure Area Crisis Management & Emergency Contact List is updated & maintained
- Manage, liaise, monitor and advise on all matters related to the Health and Safety of personal and issues affecting / impacting the facility work environment
- Any other responsibilities as directed by the Off and Onshore Senior HSES Manager

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Any degree, diploma or equivalent plus formal safety training from internationally recognized institutions (e.g., IOSH, OSHA, NEBOSH, NSC)
- At least 2 years in oi and gas construction industry
- Well versed in HSES management system
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in MS Word
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Exposure to accident investigation and analysis software preferred.

  • Shall operate a comprehensive Refrigerant Recovery Program to ensure the proper handling, containment, and management of refrigerants in compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Shall provide written reports after the completions of all inspections, maintenance, repairs, tests, and certifications of each system or component.
  • Responsible for following a comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with Vectrus, OSHA and United States Air Force (USAF) requirements.
  • Responsible for following a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in industrial chilled water systems and must be able to communicate clearly and effectively during course of instruction.
  • Knowledge of Computer Room Air-conditioning Systems (CRAC).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current, valid U. S. Passport.
  • Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment.
  • Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License and able to drive with a manual transmission.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Must be able to pass a flight line access test and obtain flight line access badge.
  • Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.

Overview

Responsible for providing daily execution of sanitary sewer systems functions and training to military members in accordance with the performance work statement. Services include operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of selected facility sanitary sewer systems (SSS) in support of base operations.


Responsibilities

  1. Perform effective and efficient OM&R to include regular inspection, operational testing and balancing, troubleshooting and repair of sewer systems to include documentation in SMS. Systems include: submersible pumps, diesel-de-watering pumps, valves, floats, rails, alarm boxes, macerators/grinders, pump houses, and PLCs.
  2. Plan, conduct, and document training by preparing and using Lesson Plans and Performance Objectives. Give trainees theory, background information, and hands-on education to enhance training performance.
  3. Accomplish scheduled maintenance shall include, at a minimum, coil cleaning, regular adjustments, and operational inspections IAW manufacturer’s specifications and applicable codes and regulations outlined in this PWS.
  4. Interpret engineering drawings which combine electrical and electronic schematics, logic diagrams and mechanical drawings to trace signal flow throughout the system while troubleshooting malfunctions of complex systems using applicable test equipment, safety rules and practices, environmental policies and principles of management and operation.
  5. Shall interpret installation and repair instructions which frequently only describe general applications for various components rather than their interface with other components of the specific system.
  6. Provide on-site expertise during emergency or complex service calls and complete preventative maintenance work.
  7. Responsible for following and implementing work prioritization requirements within provided timelines using automated management systems for all work orders.
  8. Responsible for following a comprehensive safety program in compliance with Vectrus, OSHA and United States Air Force (USAF) requirements.
  9. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.
