Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of complex, high-load systems from backend to frontend.
  • Build a back-end platform including templates, libraries, code guides, etc.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure scalability.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Take responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, from concept to deployment.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Coordinate with product managers to define technical requirements and project timelines.
  • Manage technical risks and issues, providing solutions to ensure project success.

  • Knowledge of async operations and distributed transactions principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, Microservices, IaC, and Code Review principles.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance.
  • Define and communicate the technical vision, roadmap, and standards for the projects.
  • Design and architect the software systems, ensuring that it meets the functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Coordinate various technical disciplines that are supporting the Project development: data management, data science, information security, cloud, network.
  • Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the software system, ensuring that it follows the best practices and adheres to the quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders such as product owners, project managers, business analysts, and customers, to understand the business needs.
  • Manage the technical risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them when necessary.
  • Review and approve the code, documentation, and artifacts produced by the teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance, scalability, and reliability of the software system, and propose improvements and optimizations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and frameworks and recommend solutions that can enhance the projects.
Coordination and Collaboration
  • Ensure ad-hoc coordination between business, IS, and technological partners.
  • Enable the development team to work efficiently.
  • Apply an agile mindset and practices to ensure the team delivers value early and frequently.
  • Help others understand how the team works and how they should interact with it.
  • Facilitate various meetings, ensuring equal contribution from each team member.
  • Act as the team's motivator-leader and proactively recognize and help remove any obstacles.

Overview

Welcome to Your Next Adventure! We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to our technology and product leaders, driving end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technical roles across engineering, data, product, and IT. You'll play a key role in shaping our hiring strategies, building strong pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience, while promoting our employer brand in the tech community.

What You'll Get Your Hands On
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Engineering, Data, Product, IT, Security, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and design effective hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong technical and cultural fit.
  • Drive data-driven recruitment decisions by tracking hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline diversity, candidate experience, etc.).
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, competitive intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all stages of the hiring process.
  • Enhance candidate experience and employer branding initiatives, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and share expertise on tech recruitment strategies.
The Magic You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally in both agency and in-house environments. Experience in a tech start-up environment is a plus.
  • Strong track record of successfully hiring for engineering, product, and data roles across different seniority levels.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles, skills and recruitment tools/platforms (Linkedin Recruiter, sourcing tools, job boards, etc).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Passion for innovation in recruitment, employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Passionate about contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Experience in recruiting for the CIS region.
