HVAC Technician (Chiller / Package Units / VRF)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 2,200 + Accommodation & Transportation (AT)

Role Summary
We're hiring an HVAC Technician with solid hands-on experience in chillers, package units, and VRF/VRV systems within FM environments (commercial, residential, mixed-use facilities). The technician will handle troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance, and assist in installations/commissioning as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PPM/CM on water-cooled/air-cooled chillers, package units, VRF/VRV, AHUs/FAHUs/FCUs, split & ducted units.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults (compressors, motors, control boards, sensors, expansion valves, refrigerant circuits).
- Carry out refrigeration practices (brazing, leak testing, vacuuming, charging, pressure tests) per safety standards.
- Check and calibrate thermostats, actuators, and basic controls; escalate advanced BMS issues when needed.
- Maintain service logs, parts usage, and job reports accurately.
- Follow site HSE procedures; ensure tool and spare management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/ITI in HVAC/Mechanical (or equivalent).
- 3–5 years FM experience with strong exposure to chillers / package / VRF.
- Working knowledge of electrical diagrams, piping layouts, and control schematics.
- Familiar with common HVAC tools, gauges, vacuum pumps, recovery machines, and multimeters.
- Basic understanding of BMS/DDC is an advantage.
- Preferred: Currently in Qatar with valid QID and transferable visa/NOC.
Work Conditions
- OT/shift work as per site needs.
- Multi-site FM environments across Doha.

Technical Skills:
