We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant / DBA to manage our applications/ SQL Servers. You will be responsible for technical solution design, development, customization, integration, and support of D365 Finance and operations, ERP system across diverse domains including Property Management, Hospitality, Agriculture, Retail, and e-Commerce.

Job DescriptionThe Middle East Region is seeking a Technical Superintendent to be based in Qatar.
As a Technical Superintendent, you are responsible for the technical operational deployment, maintenance, and docking of vessels. In close cooperation with the international crew on board, you will ensure that the vessels are in an excellent technical and maintenance state to ensure the continuity of service to our client.
You report to the Contract Manager with a functional line to the Group Technical Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and carry out maintenance work on board and monitor quality standards.
- Plan, organize, supervise repairs, inspections, and dockings, and prepare final technical and financial reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the international crew in case of technical questions or defects.
- Supervise and provide technical advice and support to the Chief Engineers on board.
- Instruct and monitor the maintenance progress and quality on board via the PM System (MARAD).
- Investigate and analyze technical defects and take preventive and corrective measures in a timely manner.
- Conduct inspections and guide surveys on board by external parties.
- Draw up and monitor maintenance budgets.
- Approve purchase orders and follow up on goods received.
- Liaise with suppliers, classification societies, and other external parties.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities 1. Financial & Accounting Alignment
Reconcile and correlate daily reports, weekly summaries, timesheets, and proforma invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment. Identify and resolve financial and project documentation discrepancies. Prepare financial data inputs for purchase orders (POs), change orders (COs), and budget supplements. 2. Procurement & Contract Support
Create, implement, and maintain purchasing workflows to ensure consistent and compliant procurement processes. Develop and manage documentation required for the issuance of POs, COs, and related contractual instruments. Monitor contract spend against approved budgets and schedules; proactively identify and escalate needs for financial adjustments. Manage contract deliverables and records, ensuring all obligations are tracked, submitted, and archived in compliance with contractual requirements. 3. Document Control, Registries & Systems Design
Implement and maintain robust document control systems, including integration with purchasing workflows. Ensure version control, access management, and audit readiness across all controlled documents. Design and maintain comprehensive registries for correspondence, deliverables, approvals, compliance documentation, and action trackers. Develop and maintain standardized forms to support document workflows, procurement, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Contribute to the design and enhancement of control systems supporting documentation flows, reporting structures, and cross-functional collaboration. 4. Data Management & Integration
Maintain structured and secure repositories for project, financial, and contract data. Integrate multiple data sources to support timely, accurate, and actionable reporting. Ensure full compliance with internal data governance standards and document retention policies. 5. Dashboarding & Executive Reporting
Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for senior management, highlighting budgets, deliverables, schedules, and key risks. Produce clean, professional reports and visuals using Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. 6. Communication & Stakeholder Interaction
Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong command of formal tone, clarity, and business communication. Engage actively with contractors, contract personnel, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues. Identify developing issues, track upcoming milestones, and anticipate critical project events through regular stakeholder interaction. Draft, edit, and review formal communications such as memos, reports, and executive summaries. Prepare polished presentations and status briefings for senior leadership. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline. Certifications in project controls, cost engineering, or data systems (e.g., CCP, PMP, CAPM) are a plus. Experience
3–5 years in technical analysis, accounting coordination, project controls, or contract management roles. Proven experience with contract deliverables, document control, form standardization, and cost tracking in a project-driven environment.
