Overview

Education Above All Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the ROTA Program Technical Department, under the direction of the Director. This leadership role requires close coordination with other ROTA departments and will be instrumental in driving the growth, sustainability, and impact of ROTA's portfolio. The Senior Technical Manager will serve as a key contributor in shaping and managing ROTA's projects, ensuring strong technical oversight, innovation, and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of department's strategy and objectives.

Qualifications & Experience Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience across Education, Environmental Programs, Climate Change, Carbon Credits, International Development, Government Ministries, Civil Society Organizations, and Policy Development.
• Strong track record in designing and implementing project monitoring frameworks, strategies, and performance evaluation mechanisms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-sectoral programs and manage cross-functional teams.

Preference

• Preference will be given to Qatari nationals with solid experience in developing and implementing project monitoring frameworks and strategies.
• Extensive and diverse experience in climate change, education, and international development.
