Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of HVAC systems, the ability to read technical manuals, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Experience in troubleshooting and servicing both residential and commercial HVAC systems is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and components (split units, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, ductwork, thermostats, etc.).
Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform repairs on malfunctioning components.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, cleaning coils, and checking refrigerant levels.
Calibrate controls and thermostats and test system performance using specialized tools and gauges.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to guide system installation or repair.
Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
Provide customer support, answer technical questions, and recommend upgrades or energy-efficient solutions.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams to complete work orders on time.
Essential Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and servicing.
Certification in HVAC or equivalent from a recognized training institute is preferred.
Skills Required: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment.
Knowledge of various HVAC systems (DX units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs).
Ability to use HVAC tools such as manifold gauges, leak detectors, and multimeters.
Basic electrical knowledge related to HVAC system wiring and controls.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
