Job Description

Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in program and construction management of large-scale infrastructure developments, coupled with in-depth familiarity with major public works and infrastructure authorities such as Ashghal (PWA), the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning, Qatar Rail, and Qatari Diar. As Technical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Italconsult projects in Qatar are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, schedule, and cost efficiency. This leadership role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in civil infrastructure, exceptional team management capabilities, and the strategic acumen to guide technical excellence across multiple programs.
