**Your key responsibilities**
- Participate in requirements gathering discussions with client. Clearly document the business requirements and perform fit gap analysis.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate functional solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
- Develop and maintain working relationship with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss and explain complex solutions
- Document functional specifications based on business requirements
- Develop and execute proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility of proposed solutions

- Experience providing production support to the client business

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
- Must have at least 2 End-to-End Implementations in S4 and 1 in ECC.
- Must have capabilities Consumable Purchasing, Procurement of Direct Materials, Intercompany Stock Transfer, import procurement Services procurement, Blanket Procurement process, Intra Company scenarios Vendor Returns, Sub-contracting Process, Vendor Consignment Process Inventory Management, Approval Release Setup, Output Management, Pricing Procedures
- Knowledge of SAP MM solution capabilities and business process configurations
- Configuration of master data and be able to guide and train the users on Business Process.
- Significant, proven customizing experience within SAP MM
- Thorough knowledge of business processes within SAP MM
- Thorough understanding of Purchase to pay cycle within SAP
- Experienced in playing a major role in implementation projects
- Excellent consultancy skills and a pro-active attitude
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in writing functional requirements / designs
- The ability to work independently as well as in project teams
- Have experience in VAT enablement preferably in Gulf countries
- Bilingual is preferred

23230BR Description: We are looking for an innovative Technology Leader to join our team for a major 5-year consulting program with a public sector organization focused on the operation and maintenance of roads and drainage assets. The Technology Leader will report directly to the Program Director and will be responsible for leading consulting and client teams in the implementation of technology-driven transformational projects. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of consultants and client staff focused on technology initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Project Development & Execution: Design and implement technology strategies that leverage Artificial Intelligence, Digital Water solutions, and Intelligent Transportation Systems to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Oversee the execution of transformational technology projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities for innovation. Provide regular updates and presentations to the Program Director and client executives on project status, insights, and outcomes. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Water, and Intelligent Transportation Systems. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 25 years of experience in a relevant Industry, with at least 12 years in a leading role, preferably within the roads or drainage sectors. Both regional and international experience is required. A minimum of 8 years of experience shall be gained working in North America, W. Europe, Australia, or equivalent. Proven experience in leading projects involving Artificial Intelligence, Digital Water technologies, and Intelligent Transportation Systems. Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, or New Zealand. A Master’s degree is preferred. Required relevant Chartered status and Professional License(s). Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in current technologies and methodologies related to asset management and operations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Job Summary and Purpose

Develop, implement, and oversee soft skill training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, through assessing training needs, designing training materials, conducting sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure that employees are provided with the required development to fulfill their work requirements and the shipyard overall goals.
In addition, support and facilitate the full performance management cycle in coordination with the HR Manager.

Accountabilities

Learning & Development:
1. Identify the soft skills training requirements for Qatar Shipyard employees by analyzing the outcomes of the learning needs analysis, capability evaluations, surveys, and other relevant data sources.
2. Develop Qatar Shipyard soft skills training plan and calendar to fulfill the identified training requirements.
3. Prioritize training resources considering the relevant requirements and identify budget requirements based on the outcomes of the TNA process, capability assessment, etc.
4. Manage and organize the development and start-up of new Training Programs as required such as Soft Skills Training Programs.
5. Assess, recommend, and select the most suitable training delivery approach/provider (i.e., Internal or external training, In-house/external Instructor, etc.).
6. Facilitate the delivery of the planned soft skills training and assess the effectiveness of the delivered training.
7. Monitor and manage the performance of the external trainers and instructors when applicable and conduct formal classroom observations to evaluate the effectiveness of delivered training programs and conduct consecutive feedback sessions as needed.
8. Ensure the best utilization of educational technology and training workshops to elevate the soft skill sets of the workforce to effectively meet job requirements.
9. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the trainings are delivered in a high-quality manner.
10. Facilitate or arrange train-the-trainer programs to build internal training capabilities.

Performance Management:
11. Manage all phases of Qatar Shipyard Performance Management cycle (planning, review, and appraisal).
12. Support the Performance Improvement process for employees who are underperforming in their current roles by ensuring that Performance Improvement Plans are in place and well tracked.

Continuous Improvement:
13. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new training methodologies.
14. Adjust training programs based on feedback and changing organizational needs.

Administrative Duties:
15. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
16. Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.

Qualifications, Experience and Job Skills

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or any other related field.
• Certified Trainer with recognized Train the Trainer certification.

Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
• Previous experience in SuccessFactors’ Performance Management domain is an added advantage.
