- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, highly desirable.
- Expertise in Projects delivery

As Lead Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:
- Supports the assessment, implementation and monitoring a project portfolio performance management by actively liaising with the delivery teams to establish and track key performance metrics of the project.
- Undertakes detailed business case evaluations and subsequent planning of strategic project requests received or identified (i.e. the planning for identified projects that are a resultant of other planning and forecasting work).
- Manages specific projects end-to-end with airport stakeholders throughout the life of the project.
- Develops and designs project dashboards that provide performance of the project and support tracking the risks, change management activities, cost parameters of the project by preparing and ensuring project level trackers are kept up to date at all times for effective project lifecycle management.
- Preparing, managing, reviewing and updating the overall projects master schedule and specific project schedule.
- Monitoring the progression of the projects to ensure timely performance and budget, preparing project schedules and distributing to relevant stakeholder
- Escalate deviations at appropriate time intervals to bring projects back on track
- Reviewing critical paths and restraints to determine effect of changes on the schedule and recommends workarounds to mitigate impacts.
- Support the change control process across all projects by updating and communicating all change requests and processing them to ensure all variations are regularised as per set process.
- Analyse how each component of project plan contributes to the project to best manage/oversee it to completion
- Track projects to budget, preparation of the project total cost and liaise with project related internal teams and third-party stakeholders/vendors for the execution of multiple projects as per their scope, time and budget, by conducting periodic project tracker meetings.
- Create/generate reports and provide updates to the Line Manager when required.
Qualifications
**About you**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of work-related experience
- Proven work experience in a project management role at a mid-management level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Proficient in the utilization of project management tools and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
