Bank Teller - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

As a bank teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and conducting various financial transactions for our clients. This position requires a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their financial needs, such as deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, and loan payments.

We are seeking a part-time Bank Teller in Al-Khor, Qatar to provide excellent customer service and perform various financial transactions for our diverse clientele. As a skilled bank teller, you will be responsible for accurately handling cash, checks, and other financial documents while adhering to banking policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient banking experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions
- Verify customer identity and account information using biometric passport technology
- Promote bank products and services to customers as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times

Requirements:

Objective:

• Act as a liaison between the Distribution Centre and internal/external customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• 1-3 years of experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment in a similar role or related position is preferred.
