**Responsibilities**:

- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager in Home & Furniture store would be preferred
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Should speak Arabic

**Benefits**:

Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers, maintaining store standards, achieving financial targets and relaying feedback about customers and products to relevant role holders. Key Responsibility:

Financial:

  • To drive the store team to achieve the store target and store KPIs.
  • To ensure store shrinkage to be less than 0.2% of the cost of sale.

Process:

  • To conduct regular financial and stock audits.
  • To regularly update track and communicate the store dashboard.
  • To maintain the VM standards in the store.

We are currently looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage all warehouse and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling all materials and tools required for stainless steel fabrication works.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Receive incoming materials, tools, and supplies; verify quantities and quality.
  2. Organize and store items in a systematic and safe manner.
  3. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control.
  4. Monitor stock levels and notify purchasing department of low stock.
  5. Prepare material requests and issue materials to the production team.
  6. Ensure proper documentation of goods received and issued.
