Description

We are currently looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage all warehouse and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling all materials and tools required for stainless steel fabrication works.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Receive incoming materials, tools, and supplies; verify quantities and quality.
2. Organize and store items in a systematic and safe manner.
3. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control.
4. Monitor stock levels and notify purchasing department of low stock.
5. Prepare material requests and issue materials to the production team.
6. Ensure proper documentation of goods received and issued.
7. Conduct regular physical inventory checks.
8. Maintain cleanliness and order in the storage area.
9. Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely supply of materials.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fabrication or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Experience handling stainless steel materials and tools is an advantage.
• Good command of MS Excel or store management software (ERP knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
