Responsibilities:

The Testing and Commissioning Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing and commissioning activities across all construction packages:This role ensures that building systems - mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialized systems - are fully functional, compliant with design specifications, and ready for handover to the client.

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans for allbuilding and utilities systems in the project
• Coordinate with design consultants, design guardians, contractors, and projectmanagers to ensure readiness for commissioning
• Review and approve method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), andcommissioning procedures
• Lead commissioning meetings and workshops with stakeholders
• Monitor and verify system performance against design and operationalrequirements
• Manage third-party testing agencies and ensure compliance with regulatorystandards
• Identify and resolve commissioning-related issues and deficiencies
• Maintain detailed documentation of all testing and commissioning activities
• Ensure integration of systems (e.g., HVAC, BMS, fire alarm, lighting, elevators) andvalidate interoperability
• Support training and handover processes for client operations teams
• Provide technical input during design reviews to ensure systems arecommissionable
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance during commissioningactivities

Requirements:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is typically required and MMUP/UPDA registration.

3. 18+ years of relevant experience in testing, commissioning, or quality assurance within Qatar

4. Proven experience in managing testing and commissioning projects.
5. Experience with large-scale sports projects
6. Familiarity with commissioning software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, BIM 360)
7. Certification in commissioning (e.g., ACG, NEBB) is a plus

8. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building automation, and commissioningstandards (ASHRAE, CIBSE, etc.)

About the role

In this role, you will play a significant part in improving digital experiences and driving conversion through A/B and multivariant testing of content, features and functionality on and other digital touchpoints. Support multiple teams across the department with test idea generation, design, development and analysis.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage a roadmap for testing digital products, messaging, and functionalities on and the mobile app, in line with key business objectives.
• Develop with the LM standards and processes for experimentation on the web and mobile apps.
• Understand the triggers and value-driving behaviors to move customers through the engagement funnel.
• Create personalized journeys for targeted segments, ensuring touchpoints are as relevant as possible.
• Leverage site and audience data to draw insights, develop hypotheses and proactively recommend testing opportunities.
• Gather user research through user testing activities for prototypes and user studies in collaboration with UX researchers and other stakeholders.
• Create test plans, success metrics, and audience rules to ensure the efficient execution and reporting of tests.

• Document outcomes, report progress and communicate results and recommendations to key stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
• Previous work experience in a digital optimization role.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and multi-variant testing through testing platforms such as Adobe Target.
• Hands-on experience with web data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to turn raw and complex data into easy-to-read actionable insights.
• Understanding of customer purchase cycle and customer journey points within the airline industry.

Position Objective:

The QA/QC Manager oversees the entire Quality Assurance and Quality Control function, with full responsibility for all activities carried out in the fabrication shop—both pre- and post-production.
