Responsibilities- Support the specification, documentation, and design of technical solutions.
- Develop OpenLayers and ArcGIS client API map components.
- Provide technical assistance and support to other developers within the project team.
- Perform and deliver assigned project tasks within quality, time, and budget constraints, as directed by the team leader.
- Contribute to the development of the deployment plan.
- Document solutions according to project standards.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Support deployment activities, including analysis, demonstrations, workshops, training, and documentation.
- Numerate degree (Computer Science or Mathematics preferred) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT/GIS industry, with at least 3 years developing solutions with Geospatial technology.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, REST, and SOAP.

**Your role**
- Are you passionate about delivering building robust and high-quality software in a Mainframe Environment for our current and future Regulatory Tax Reporting solutions? Are you a passionate Technology professional being part of an agile team of software engineers delivering software with latest technology standards?
- We’re looking for software engineers to- analyze business and non-functional requirements, design and implement complex mainframe solutions following the principle of agile software delivery in a scrum team
- develop software products at highest quality and newest technology standards.
- support test design and execution and to conduct code reviews
- help the team resolve incidents and remediate root cause of risks and issues (3rd level support)
- collaborate with other global IT teams
- and with excellent technical skills and able to aspire and inspire others to our values and culture
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in Doha, Qatar being part of an agile pod. With our regulatory product Automated Change of Information (AEI) we belong to a Crew within Stream Trade and Transfer Assets providing software development and maintenance of complex, vital core banking components. The role will engage with other agile roles like Product Owner or Scrum Master.
**Your expertise**
- experienced with Jira, SharePoint and GitLab and the Agile delivery model
- experience with reporting standards like CRS, and regulatory reporting like AEI and FACTA
- experience in Banking or the financial industry
- experience in test driven development, continuous integration & deployment and DevOps practice
- experience with Java, Spring, Ansible, PowerShell, cloud development and Azure a benefit
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
- curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
