- We’re looking for a Product Owner and Team Lead to:
- establish and Manage an Agile Pod in Qatar
- work closely with other teams in developing the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Owner of Sophisticated Trading Tools that form integral part of the Sophisticated Trading Journeys.
- lead design and development of our next generation Trading Tool with seamless integration into the strategic Client Portal in line with the strategic objectives of the Sophisticated Trading Journeys.
- be responsible for creating impactful change to our clients through the delivery of trading capabilities via our trading channels.
- mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients
- motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being
- define the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance
**Your team**
- You’ll be leading in the Sophisticated Trading Tools Team in Qatar. As a senior member of a product development team, you will be building a new state of the art trading tool. Your team is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the strategic Sophisticated Trading Tools which will serve UBSs Global Wealth Management Business in Europe and APAC. You will be work closely with other business and IT aligned teams around the globe.
- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. The stream provides seamless digital trading access and solutions to our clients and covers front to back all processes along the securities trading value chain.
**Your expertise**
- proven software product
- and people management skills with software engineering background
- working in agile environments with solid understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
- experience and knowledge in trading related topics (order capturing, execution, settlement)
- setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) as well as data management

Maintenance Technician - Rotating Equipment
**Job Purpose**:
To optimize production downtime when executing maintenance activities
Contributing to the development and review of risk assessments.
**Your main duties will be to**:
- To optimize the reliability and availability of equipment under area of responsibility through completing maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures and guidelines
Act as Permit Performing authority to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the PTW process and company requirement
Provide the Mechanical Supervisor with analysis and comment on maintenance opportunities in order to improve the performance
Provide visible leadership
Promote cost consciousness
Ensure compliance with operating procedures and guidelines to ensure safety
Carry out repairs to mechanical equipment and perform preventive maintenance
Contribute to identifying improvements in planned maintenance routines
Prepare isolate and make safe mechanical equipment for maintenance
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent) in Mechanical from a recognized institution.
**Relevant Work Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
