This position is responsible for developing and delivering training programs, as well as assessing their effectiveness, to enhance the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies of employees across AAB.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills, and develop training programs to address these gaps.
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve soft skills and business etiquette among employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals.
- Deliver training sessions in-person, virtually, or through other engaging and interactive modes.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching during and after training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, feedback forms, and assessments.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend modifications to training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills and business etiquette training.
- Design, develop, and enhance e-learning modules.
