To drive Transportation & Installation (T&I) execution leadership to all projects. Accountable and responsible for effective and efficient delivery of the various scopes in Projects and will provide functional support to all projects in the area of T&I Engineering and Execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee development and implementation of process & procedure supporting full functional T&I scope covering engineering/execution - including all aspects marine operations assurance, marine warranty requirements, procedural compliance, execution safety and integrity and project execution effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure demonstrable competency and experience to advise, make recommendations and decisions for T&I regarding transportation and installation engineering and execution requirements and activities including marine vessel assurance, load-out, sea fastening, transportation and installation analysis, methods and procedures and marine operations and activities.
- Guide team by sharing knowledge and lessons learned during implementation of T&I input to engineering designs and installation procedures developed by EPC Contractors.

- Assess & monitor performance through surveillance and analytics of T&I scope – perform necessary assessments, identify opportunities for improvements, application of lessons learned.

Job Purpose
The T&I Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all transportation and installation activities related to the offshore scope, including platforms, pipelines, subsea cables, and abandonment works. The role ensures compliance with HSE, quality, and project schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
Develop and review T&I procedures, method statements, and lift plans in collaboration with engineering and marine teams.
Coordinate vessel and barge mobilization/demobilization, ensuring compliance with project schedules.
Liaise with logistics teams for timely transportation of materials and equipment to offshore sites.
Support offshore crew and vessel scheduling, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Offshore Installation Supervision
Oversee the installation of WHJs, pipelines, and subsea cables, ensuring adherence to approved procedures.
Monitor marine spread operations, including anchor handling, rigging, and lifting activities.
Supervise subsea abandonment activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements.
Ensure proper positioning and installation of subsea structures, pipelines, and cables using survey and positioning systems.
HSE & Quality Compliance
Ensure all T&I activities comply with company HSE policies and industry standards (e.g., IMCA, API, DNV).

Qualifications & Experience
