We are looking for a IT Technician who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting intelligent transportation systems that support traffic management, safety, and mobility. This includes traffic signals, CCTV systems, variable message signs, sensors, and other ITS infrastructure. The role ensures that all systems operate efficiently and comply with technical standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test ITS equipment, including traffic signals, CCTV cameras, radar detectors, and communication devices.
- Ensure proper integration of ITS components with central traffic management systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of ITS equipment.
- Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond promptly to system faults or failures to minimize downtime.
- Monitor ITS operations and traffic management systems for performance and reliability.
- Prepare technical reports, incident logs, and maintenance records.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and local authorities to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Electronics. or Communication fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ITS, Traffic Signal, or Smart City projects (Qatar I GCC experience preferred).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis of ITS and ELV systems.
- Must be familiar with Qatar construction and safety standards.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
- NOC and transferable visa required.
