The Critical Care Registered (RN) will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct and indirect clinical care to patients. They will competently function as a member of the interdisciplinary team to provide patient and community centered care. The RN serves as an advocate for the patient and their family and intercedes on their behalf by acting as a liaison with respect to their rights and beliefs. Key Responsibilities:

The Emergency Room Physician assess and attends to patients who enter a hospital's emergency room. They immediately treat any injuries, infections, or other conditions to stabilize patients. ER doctors request medical tests for patients, create treatment plans and recommend patients to appropriate specialists.
