Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Handle guest complaints or requests in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations of housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain records of room occupancy and guest requests
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping supervision
