Job DescriptionParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Access Control Officer to join our team. In this role you will ensure that the visit is duly approved and endorsed by the appropriate authorizing personnel or their delegate.
Responsibilities- Receive all applications for all forms of required access to the premises and review all applications for entry to ensure they are correctly filled as required and all information relating to the identity of the visitor as well as the purpose of visit is properly captured.
- Make a note of any additional information based on observations and forward for approval/signature all applications received for access after proper scrutiny and review.
- Exhibit a high degree of motivation toward providing guest satisfaction by displaying a friendly approach to guest service. Ability to deal with many guests and/or employees each day in a positive, friendly and professional manner.
- Carry out periodic inspections of the access control devices at all entrances to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Control public and visitor access through the use of hand held metal detectors, baggage/hand delivered mail and parcels screening and gender specific physical searching of visitors as necessary.
- Reception and issue of ID passes for external contractors/vendors and monitor CCTV cameras and respond to intruder, perimeter and fire alarms.
- Ensure that all evacuation procedures are applied and use the electronic traffic management system for access to car park and goods delivery yard.
- Participate in security/police training exercises.
- High school diploma (or equivalent); college level education certification is preferred.
- 5 years of relevant experience in a classified contract guard environment.
- Able to read, speak and understand English and Arabic fluently.
- Must have previous supervisory experience or proper training (Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement).
- Incumbent must have good written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

The Associate Director – Account Management will be part of the Base Chemical Insights team and is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across a set of named accounts and new businesses in the Middle East, Africa, and the Indian Subcontinent. This role will report into the regional sales leadership and focus on developing customer relationships, closing new business, and managing the sales process end to end.

You Will :
Own and grow a set of named accounts and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Drive the full sales process from prospecting through to closing, while providing monthly forecasts with high accuracy.
Develop and execute account strategies to expand Base Chemical Insights' presence in the region.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to position solutions effectively and deliver value-based messaging.
Travel approximately 35% of the time across the Middle East, Africa, and Indian Subcontinent.
You Have :
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including at least 8 years selling complex enterprise solutions in the Middle East, Africa, or Indian Subcontinent.
Proven success closing large and complex deals in the base chemicals or related industries.
Strong consultative and value-selling skills, with a track record of uncovering client needs and aligning them to tailored solutions.
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Business conversational fluency in English (verbal and written).
An undergraduate degree in science or a related technical field is a plus.
