Key Accountabilities
- Strong design experience including UI interaction, UX, and UI design
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
- Highly proficient with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools; ideally experienced with animation tools such as Principle
- In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Set design requirements based on information from business & internal teams, user research
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
- Experience collaborating with software/frontend developers
- Analyze how a new design satisfies market needs
- Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication

- Collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape the future of developer experience
- Supporting deeply complex products with the process of design and UX heuristics
- Working to evolve and evangelise design systems that drive consistency and efficiency
- Understanding the broader scope of your work and its numerous interconnected constraints
