In this Warehouse Supervisor position
- Execute service quality plans and processes to guarantee quality levels and improve service quality
- Contribute to optimization and improvement projects, draft updated process, and prepare for the implementation
- Recommend to upgrade/ improve the working business model of the respective operations centers and execute improvements, while maintaining the required operations turnaround time
- Implement service quality inspections in order to achieve compliance with internal and external quality standards, relevant regulations, licenses and certifications
- Assess customer requirements, performance data, internal auditing programs, etc. and prepare statistical reports to track service quality and examine effectives of various processes
- Perform activities for quality improvement related initiatives such as process and procedural development activities, continuous improvement actions and process mapping and streamlining
- Execute adequate controls and documentation procedures for improved service quality
- Oversee compliance with set quality standards and standard operating procedures across the sorting, warehousing, transportation and delivery processes
- Work with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization's quality standards
- Advise operations team to advise on special handling resolutions for difficult shipment issues and projects, track shipment movements and maximize space utilization
- Observe and coordinate with other departments to report weaknesses, ineffective procedures, policy exceptions and discrepancies and make recommendations with appropriate corrective actions
- Study and execute improved practices related to service quality work methods focusing on delivering continuous improvement and enhanced service standards
