Minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering personal training, group classes, or swimming instruction, with proven success in engaging and motivating clients.

General Duties

Ensure gift vouchers are sold with corresponding paperwork and payments completed so that when redemption of the voucher happens all paperwork will match.

At the end of day, cash up to ensure all services provided are accounted for and charged; credit card, cash and room charges taken; balances with no discrepancies and are safely deposited in accordance with the hotel cash handling policy.
Other duties
•
Ensure the department has a sufficient stock of towels and amenities. Collect deliveries from purchasing or other departments as necessary.
•
Ensure dirty linen is taken to laundry and new clean items are collected regularly.
•
Follow correct manual handling such as using a trolley when moving goods.
•
In the event the fire alarm is activated, ensure the whole department is notified in a calm efficient manner to evacuate to the designated point in accordance with the hotel policy.
Communication

- Collect and deliver clean and dirty laundry within the linen room opening times. To stock and replenish lockers, linen cupboards with clean laundry. Ensure that all laundry items are of good quality and bathrobe pockets are checked before they are taken to laundry for washing and any items found are registered with lost property in accordance with hotel procedure. Supporting with the counting of the linen stock if required.
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and respond immediately to any requests or enquiries.
- Assist with collecting and unpacking deliveries to Asaya.
- Clean and disinfect as per procedure all reusable items within Asaya.
- Support associates with escorting guests to various areas within Asaya.

About The Job

Key Requirements

- Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive employee Wellbeing program to reduce employee health risks and improve their health status.
