• Hands-on experience with Windows deployment tools such as SCCM.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Experience in user data and profile migration (USMT, OneDrive Known Folder Move, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of application packaging, compatibility testing, and remediation for Windows 11.
• Ability to perform hardware readiness checks (TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, CPU/RAM/storage compliance).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in drivers, OS installation, licensing, and user profile issues.
• Strong communication skills for end-user support and training.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure. The role involves managing Windows servers, Active Directory, virtualization, and storage environments, while supporting users and maintaining business continuity through robust backup and disaster recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain
  Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts
  .
• Manage
  system access rights, credentials, permissions, and storage allocations
  .
• Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of
  hardware, operating systems, and software applications
  .
• Monitor and optimize
  system performance, availability, and capacity
  , ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Implement and maintain
  backup, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  to safeguard business data.
• Manage and support
  virtualization platforms
  (VMware/Hyper-V) and associated infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Professional certifications preferred, such as: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), CompTIA Server+ / Security+.
• Minimum10 years of proven experience as a
  Windows System Administrator
  or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing
  enterprise-level server and virtualization environments
  .
• Demonstrated ability to
  implement and maintain secure, resilient IT infrastructure
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022)
  administration.
• Proficiency in

  virtualization technologies

• Knowledge of
  backup solution and must have Hands-on experience with Symantec (Netbackup) and Veeam Backup solutions

  .
• Knowledge of

• Cloud & Infrastructure Administration

  • Manage cloud services, including landing zones, subscriptions, management groups, and policies.

  • Architect, implement, and support cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

  • Configure and maintain cloud resources such as Virtual Machines, App Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts, and Security Services.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for infrastructure and security configurations.

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud, and systems administration.

• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying cloud/on-premises solutions.

• Strong automation skills in cloud (IaaS) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments, virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), and storage solutions.
