Job Description

-Maintain good business relationship with the Advertising agencies / Media Buying Units and establish contact with Doha’s marketing managers from both the public and private sector to generate leads. -Set the media sales forecasts & targets. -Provide reports & analysis of media sales performance -Execute the Retail Marketing Strategy across the various marketing communications & media channels. -Liaise with The Advertising Agency for all Creative, media Planning & Buying required for Retail Malls within The Pearl-Qatar. -Manage the media bookings and the locations availability chart. -Actively involved in the OOH media developments (i.e.: feasibility studies for acquiring new media, designing new advertising packages, media locations circuiting, etc…). -Communicate client requirements to production team and ensure the campaign delivery is error-free and up to the best quality standards. -Receive & Handle Retail Tenants marketing requirements and come up with solutions to increase visibility and visitors traffic -Handle the In-Mall Media sales & Promotions within The Pearl-Qatar. -Set the In-Mall Media sales processes and procedures. -Handle & Oversee the entire media sales cycle from prospect data collection to closing sales transactions, as well as after-sales client servicing. -Be the Marketing Focal Contact for all Retail Tenants (existing & upcoming) to provide marketing support and ensure all their marketing requirements are met. -Offer Discounts to clients on their media campaign bookings relevant to each campaign volume and circumstances (i.e.: Campaign duration, number of media locations, etc…) -Offer reasonably free of charge marketing support tools to TPQ retailers, within the overall guidelines agreed upon. -Handle the Retail Marketing, Advertising and Promotional activities Sales in The Pearl-Qatar -Undertake any duty that is required by and as determined by the supervisor or manager. •Bachelor's degree in a related field. •Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar field. •Exposure to Out-Of-Home Media businesses & knowledge of the various Marketing & Communication disciplines •Effective, efficient, focused, self-motivated and result oriented •Capacity to manage and prioritize a number of projects at the same time. •Discreet in holding confidential information •Ability to cover multi-tasks and to perform well under situations involving high pressure. •First-rate communications skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels About The Company United Development Company (UDC) was established in July 1999 as one of the leading private sector shareholding companies in the State of Qatar and the Middle East, and has been listed on the Doha Securities Market since June 2003.

Job Summary Main Responsibilities

Evaluate the adequacy of the MR control framework and ensure alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

Develop and implement advanced MR measurement tools, systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms.

Conduct quantitative analysis on market conditions, emerging risk trends, and relevant hedging strategies.

Ensure effective management of net liquid capital, MR strategy development, and alignment with QNBFS’s overall business strategy and GSRM guidelines.

Provide hands-on support for data management, MIS, analytics, and evaluations related to market-making, liquidity provisioning, and other MR-impacting activities.

Periodically review and validate the Market Risk model.

Support senior management in formulating advice on market-making risk exposures and strategies for capital and liquidity management, considering macroeconomic and capital market conditions.

Develop advanced methodologies for calculating/assessing market risk and economic capital.

Monitor and analyze market conditions, providing timely recommendations to mitigate, diversify, or hedge risks.

Conduct rigorous stress testing and scenario analysis to understand and mitigate profitability risks.

Implement KPIs and best practices to optimize market risk analysis and enhance cost efficiency.

Review market-making and liquidity provisioning agreements with clients and regulators, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Support the Head of Risk by providing timely and accurate MR-related information to Risk & Management Committees, GSRM, auditors, and the Compliance function.

Collaborate effectively with internal departments/units to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and improve turnaround times.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve the Group’s objectives.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.

Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are highly desirable.

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in market risk management, with a focus on capital markets.

Proven track record in developing and implementing MR frameworks, tools, and processes.

You will manage the Sales Operations function for the assigned region including the Group Sales function and a team of Sales Operations Coordinators based remotely throughout the region, ensuring effective back office support to the sales teams, service to the trade partners and the achievement of Group sales revenue targets.

Specific Accountabilities Include

  • Responsible for driving and implementing the sales operations strategy in collaboration with regional management team. Responsible for the delivery Group Sales revenue target.
  • Manage the Sales Operations Function with responsibility for (but not limited to) Reservations and Ticketing, Trade/Corporate Account support, Group Sales, Sales Support, Sales Systems, and Sales Administration for the Africa region.
  • Develop and manage sales operations performance reports.
  • Recommend and lead continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes with a focus on customer value through customer feedback both external and internal.
  • Provide the direction and external insight to ensure the continuous development of the performance metrics to drive data driven decision-making that will be used consistently within the Africa region.
  • Regularly evaluate the team's objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.
  • Accountable for setting up effective communication channels and expectations between the sales operations team and counterparts in Sales, CBI, Digital and Marketing and Shared Service and fixing the issues that arise from their interactions where required.
  • Responsible for proactively solving issues raised by the team.
  • Establish the teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
  • Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

You will manage the Sales Operations function for the assigned region including the Group Sales function and a team of Sales Operations Coordinators based remotely throughout the region, ensuring effective back office support to the sales teams, service to the trade partners and the achievement of Group sales revenue targets.

Specific Accountabilities Include

  • Responsible for driving and implementing the sales operations strategy in collaboration with regional management team. Responsible for the delivery Group Sales revenue target.
  • Manage the Sales Operations Function with responsibility for (but not limited to) Reservations and Ticketing, Trade/Corporate Account support, Group Sales, Sales Support, Sales Systems, and Sales Administration for the Africa region.
  • Develop and manage sales operations performance reports.
  • Recommend and lead continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes with a focus on customer value through customer feedback both external and internal.
  • Provide the direction and external insight to ensure the continuous development of the performance metrics to drive data driven decision-making that will be used consistently within the Africa region.
  • Regularly evaluate the team’s objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.
  • Accountable for setting up effective communication channels and expectations between the sales operations team and counterparts in Sales, CBI, Digital and Marketing and Shared Service and fixing the issues that arise from their interactions where required.
  • Responsible for proactively solving issues raised by the team.
  • Establish the teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
  • Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Your responsibilities

You identify, develop and evaluate marketing and Business strategies for our international tourism clients globally

You will support marketing Strategy of a globally well-known tourism board and coordinate all processes.

You manage and coordinate your team and brief the other units, such as Event, PR, social media, digital and MICE
