We are collaborating with a global investment fund based in Qatar. They are looking for someone to join their real estate department within the post-acquisition investment management team. The role's primary objective is managing existing real estate investments, with a keen focus on local subsidiaries and international investments.
- Contribute to the real estate investment strategy, including analysis of historic and forecast returns
- Review and prepare asset-specific business plans detailing key performance indicators
- Monitor and report on underlying asset/investment performance
- Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc performance reports for management
- Liaise with local asset/property managers and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
- Review valuation models and coordinate with valuation advisers
- Stay updated on market trends and conduct ongoing market research
**Who we are looking for**
- Significant real estate experience, including experience in real estate investment management and execution
- Experience in a leading real estate investment fund or real estate investment company preferred. Experience in investment banks or real estate advisory firms are also considered
- MENA regional experience is highly advantageous
- High-quality education from a leading university (Bachelor's degree at a minimum)
- Relevant professional financial qualification (CFA, RICS, Chartered Accountant)

Overview of the role :
