In your position as an Assistant Manager - Cost Controller, you will be responsible for auditing the transactions of Materials, F&B, and Culinary Department. The Assistant Manager - Cost Controller is also responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the accounting functions within the Finance Department.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Cost Control Officer or Assistant Manager
• Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism management
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
• Previous finance experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
• Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
• Ability to work under pressure and great attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

Assistant Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests.

1. In-charge of Department's planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of employees in the outlet, ensuring guest satisfaction
2. Communicates with employees to ensure operational needs are met
3. Attends regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
4. Controls labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control
5. Takes an active role to meet the outlet financial goals
6. Maintains knowledge of competition and industry trends
7. Provides knowledge and skill training to the team both on the job and through class training
8. Supports the entire Food and Beverage operation, including managing other areas if necessary
9. Remains calm and alert, especially during emergency situations, heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for the staff and other employees
10. Anticipates guest needs, ascertains satisfaction, offers suggestions, and responds urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
11. Observes the physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and makes recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
12. Communicates with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice
13. Listens to understand requests, responds with appropriate actions, and provides accurate information
14. Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
15. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

1. 3-5 years of experience in related field
2. Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage
3. Service passion for luxury hospitality and an eye for details
