Schedule work, maintain records, proactively participate in Business Continuity Planning, deliver environmental solutions, audit and maintain security processes and actively manage the Building Management System (BMS).
Provide support to the Facilities Engineer as required.
Be responsible for the BMS, provide reports and identify improvement areas where we can manage the premises more effectively and/or efficiently.
Be proactive in identifying and reducing day to day enquiries into the department by recognizing trends and problem areas whilst taking into account the future wants and needs from our internal customers in line with the needs of the business.
Manage the testing of alarms and associated security equipment including access control and key holder.
Be responsible for off-site archiving and manage current archiving expenditure.
Ensure the building is maintained in a clean and tidy condition at all times so that it is representative of the high company standard and conforms to Health and Safety regulations.
Communicate professionally at all times with our customers, including clear and effective follow up contact with regards to ongoing enquiries.
Monitor and complete minor maintenance tasks or escalate as required To perform all other duties as required by the Facilities Engineer.
