• Well versed with safety standards and procedures required during lifting and rigging loads.
• Oversee and coordinate the provision of essential temporary services to vessels and projects during maintenance, repair, or docking operations, including the planning and execution of works.
• Review all work packs prior to commencement of works and discuss with each foreman.
• Functionally reports to: Site General Superintendent.
• Manage a workforce of 100+ people with 2 to 3 supervisors/foremen.
• Interpret all drawings and detailing of works.
• Oversee and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure timely, safe, and quality project completion.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable quality of works and minimize reworks; effectively utilize available resources.
• Monitor and control the latest valid drawings issued for the project.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building/infrastructure projects (preferably in Qatar or GCC).
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC works with 1-2 years as a foreman.
• ITI/Diploma / Mechanical Engineering or HVAC background.
• Possession of a valid Qatari driving license is mandatory.
• Applicants must be currently residing in Qatar and hold a valid NOC.
• Working Hours: 10 hrs/day, 6 days a week.
• Salary: QR3900 + FAT (by Client).
• Minimum 5 years experience as rigging foreman with heavy lifts.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Lusail. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1000$ per month.
