Job Description

**Job role will include but not be limited to**:

- Liaising and coordinating with subcontractor's
- Supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors
- Reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work performed
- Oversee and manage Health and Safety
- Ensure site works are being performed in accordance to policies and plans
- Arrange and deliver meetings as necessary to facilitate construction works
- Receive and review shop drawings
- Any other duties as directed by the Contracts manager
- At least 5 years experience in Fit Out across the GCC
- Degree or Technical Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Experience of managing multi skilled site teams
- Previous experience working on high end retail projects
- Qatar DL is a plus

Education

  • A PhD or Doctorate in Respiratory Therapy or a Respiratory-related health field. Those whose PhD or Doctorate is not in Respiratory Therapy must hold a graduate degree and/or undergraduate degree in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Candidates must hold/eligible for an unrestricted license for the state/country in which the program is located.

Experience

  • Demonstrated record of academic experience and Respiratory Therapy practice.
  • A minimum of five (5) years full-time equivalent recent (within six months) academic experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years full-time equivalent clinical practice experience.
  • Demonstrated competence with curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.

Site Construction Superintendent

Your main duties will be to:-

Activities in several technical disciplines: Earthworks, civil engineering, building, piping, structure, electrical, instrumentation, scaffolding, cleaning,. - Focal point for FO/PJC/RFM in charge of all work packages and disciplines under his perimeter, - Ability to work under SIMOPS work conditions with respect of TE reference. - Follow up and ensure the selected Contractor’s to carry out works in their premises in prefabrication and under construction on the Sites - Ensure the operational management of the Works Contract, logistics, setting up the site, interface with the Operator. - Prepare, plan and coordinate operations in several disciplines in line with site manager and RFM manager. - Ensure the Construction Engineering on behalf of the Client, check that carried out by the Contractor, with the constant concern for compliance with the Project Budget and Schedule. - Ensure the proper execution of the works in compliance with safety and environmental protection procedures, technical specifications, budgets, and schedules, - Optimize and follow up the work schedules, to do this check the good organization of the logistics and the Contractor's site, - Ensure good coordination / interface between the Site (the Contractor and the Operator) and the Construction Manager, the various entities involved in the project (the Inspection, Maintenance, Production, Drilling and wells, Logistics departments, the Commissioning team, the organizations officials for the events, etc.), - Check the procedures and task sheets of the Companies, participate, or control the risk analyses, help in the preparation / check the work permits, - Check the technical information provided by the Contractor and its consistency, - Anticipate supplies for the smooth running of the site. (Verification of equipment or consumables provided by TEEPRH). - Ensure tracking of his activities (preparation, execution, performance, results) and prepare the relevant reporting to the management - Anticipate all potential problems, propose, if necessary, alternative "practical" solutions, - Ensure the receipt, control, validate and transmission of all Contractors' documents, - Ensure that RFM Process is followed - Supervise Pre-commissioning activities, formalize handover dossier to Field Operations, ensure that mark-up documentation is reflecting the site condition and forward those to Engineering. - Establish the daily report (progress of work, number of people, highlights, etc.), - Validate and follow the scheduled work for his perimeter and ensure tracking - Make necessary arbitration between different disciplines, in order to have a safe, coherent and homogeneous works in all disciplines and to complete the job on time.

Profile Ideally you will have graduated with Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction field with a minimum experience of10-15 years of experience in the oil industry, with significant experience in Construction.

Previous experience under SIMOPS works will be considered as a plus. Team player with ability to work collaboratively across complex project teams and interface between interdisciplinary departments and within an international team.

You are Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
