- Utilities Allowance: Up to QR 600 pm if taking assigned accommodation
- Baggage allowance: 50 kg per person of unaccompanied baggage

The all-inclusive monthly total salary is structured as follows :
- Basic Salary
- Market Allowance : % of the basic salary
- Professional Allowance : % of the basic salary
- Transport Allowance : 1,250 QAR per month
- Mobile Allowance : 300 QAR per month
- Schooling Allowances 21,000 QAR per child per academic year, up to 3 children aged 5 - 18 years
- 50 Days Annual Leave
- Business Flight Tickets for self, spouse & 3 children (annual, joining & repatriation)
- Baggage Allowance (joining & repatriation)
- Yearly Conference Entitlement after 18 months of service

- UK - GMC Specialist Registration with CCT|CCST
Should have held a Senior Consultant post for at least 1 year or a Consultant Physician post for a period of at least 6 years.
Licensing :
Must hold a valid home-country license to practice.
Must be eligible for registration and licensing in the State of Qatar.
SpecificationThe Senior Consultant is the most senior physician within their specialty (after the Department Chair / Section Head), responsible for leading a team of consultants and junior doctors.
They oversee patient care, ensure clinical excellence, and are accountable for all medical decisions under their supervision.
In addition to providing expert-level care, the Senior Consultant contributes to strategic planning, research, teaching, and service development—working closely with leadership on staffing, training, budgeting, and quality improvement.
They serve as a role model in clinical leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Include- Delivering direct patient care and clinical supervision
- Leading and mentoring consultants and junior doctors
- Contributing to departmental planning, training, and service development
- Supporting research, education, and public health initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with clinical standards and licensure requirements
- Participating in committees, on-call scheduling, and policy implementation
- Representing the department internally and externally
